Enquiries Government House is the home of the Governor of South Australia. It is situated on the north eastern corner of North Terrace and King William Road in the city of Adelaide. For enquiries about Government matters (eg Ministers, Government Departments) please see page 39 of the White Pages Telephone Directory or link to SA Central. The correct form of address for the Governor is: His Excellency Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce AC CSC RANR Letters should commence with: "Your Excellency,". When speaking to the Governor in person, the words "Your Excellency" are used. All correspondence to the Governor or to the Office of the Governor, should be addressed to: Government House
Information about Congratulatory Messages Nominations for congratulatory messages may be made by any individual. Enquiries to: www.premcab.sa.gov.au/dpc/community_protocol.html A minimum of eight (8) weeks notice is required prior to the Birthday or Wedding Anniversary. The nomination form must be accompanied by a photocopy of the appropriate Birth or Marriage Certificate. (Originals are not required). Recipient must be residents of South Australia. The Protocol Unit will arrange for the appropriate messages according to the following:
