On Tuesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor held telephone meetings with Mr Shaun Reardon, Specialist Consultancy and Advisory Services and, separately, Major Brendan Nottle, Commanding Officer, The Salvation Army.

In the afternoon, the Governor received Mr Dave Petersen, President of The Returned and Services League of Australia (SA/NT Branch).

In the evening, the Governor hosted a reception for the organisation Carer and Community Support to thank young South Australian carers.
