On Tuesday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received the Honourable Peter Malinauskas MP, Premier of South Australia.

Afterwards the Governor received Dr Angela Macdonald PSM, Australian Ambassador-designate to Thailand.

Later the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted investiture ceremonies for Australian Honours, including Australian Police Medals, Conspicuous Service Medals and a Bravery Medal.

The Governor and Mr Bunten then hosted a luncheon at which the guests included Dr James Muecke AM, Lieutenant Governor of South Australia and Mrs Mena Muecke OAM; Commander Emma McDonald-Kerr ADC RAN, Commanding Officer, Navy Headquarters SA; Brigadier Graham Goodwin CSC, Army Area Representative – SA and Mrs Jenny Goodwin; Air Commodore Ross Bender, Senior Australian Defence Force Officer – Edinburgh and Mrs Kelly Bender; Mr Grant Stevens APM, Commissioner of South Australia Police and Mrs Emma Stevens; Mr Bill Denny AM BM, President, South Australia, Australian Bravery Association; and Honorary Aides-de-Camp to the Governor who assisted at the ceremonies.

In the evening the Governor hosted a reception for Australia Awards and New Colombo Plan students.
