On Wednesday morning, at Christies Beach High School, Her Excellency the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, officially opened the Inspiring Australians First Student Summit, hosted by the Australia Day Council of South Australia, of which the Governor is Patron.

In the afternoon, in Adelaide, Mr Bunten, as patron of Community Language School SA, visited Alliance Francaise D’Adelaide for a tour and discussion with staff and students.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor, as patron of the Adelaide Benevolent Society, hosted a reception to celebrate 175 years of the Society.
