On Wednesday afternoon at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor was interviewed by Ms Sonya Feldholf, ABC Adelaide.
Afterwards the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a luncheon to acknowledge Ms Raphaëlle Delaunay, outgoing Director, Alliance Française d'Adélaïde. Other guests included Mr Bryan Fahy APM, President of the Management Committee, Alliance Française d'Adélaïde; Mr Ian Scobie AM, Director, Arts Projects Australia and WOMADelaide; Ms Sue Crafter, former Honorary Consul of France in Adelaide; Mr Peter Tsokas, Chief Executive Officer, City of Unley; Ms Megan Antcliff, Deputy Chief Executive, Department of Trade, Tourism and Investment; Ms Patricia Tomasi, Principal Policy Officer, Settlement Outcomes, Population Strategy, Department of the Premier and Cabinet; Mr Scott Hicks, Film Director and Patron, Helpmann Academy Foundation; and Ms Sandy George, Real Estate Developer and Philanthropist, Pickard Group, and Mr Gordon Pickard AM.
Later the Govenror received His Excellency Mr Amir Maimon, Ambassador of Israel and Mrs Tal Maimon, and Colonel (Res) Safi Amasha, Counsellor (Defence), Embassy of Israel.
In the evening at Elder Hall, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests at the South Australian launch of the book 'The Consul' by Mr Ian Kemish AM.
Afterwards at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten received The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of Adelaide Ms Sandy Verschoor and Mr Gregg Mitchell, followed by a dinner.
During the day, students from Warradale Primary School toured Government House.
