On Friday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a morning tea to recognise South Australian WWII Veterans. The Governor is patron of the Returned and Services League (RSL) SA, NT, and Broken Hill. 

Afterwards, the Governor received His Excellency Mr Piseth Nom, Ambassador of Cambodia to Australia. 

In the afternoon, at the Torrens Parade Ground, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the State Funeral for the late Mr Angas ‘Gus’ Hughes. 

Afterwards, at The Foundry by SYC, the Governor and Mr Bunten toured the facility, and, afterwards, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, officially launched The Foundry’s South Australia Living Artists (SALA) exhibition ‘Our Voice, Our Way.’

In the evening, at the South Australian Museum, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, officially launched National Science Week in South Australia.
