Lunch on the Lawns
Her Excellency and Mr Bunten welcome the public to enjoy the grounds of Government House on the first Friday of each month from September to May.
Lunch on the Lawns is back!
Bring along a picnic, spread out a rug or set up a camping chair, and take in the surroundings while listening to live music from a community band or orchestra.
The free events will be held from noon to 2pm on the following Fridays:

On the same dates, you can also take part in a free guided garden tour of the Government House grounds, hosted by the Friends of the Botanic Gardens, from 10.45am to 11.45am. Lunch on the Lawns is part of Her Excellency’s and Mr Bunten’s aim to make Government House a welcoming place for all South Australians to enjoy.
