On Friday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor addressed the guests at the International Year of the Co-Operatives “Breakfast on the Hill”.

Afterwards, in Adelaide, the Governor attended the National Survivors Foundation’s 2025 National Survivors’ Day Morning Tea.

Also in the morning, at Norwood Primary School, Mr Bunten attended the Children’s Week Association of South Australia’s 2025 Minister for Education Awards. The Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of the Children’s Week Association of South Australia.

Afterwards, Mr Bunten, as patron of the Scientific Expedition Group (SEG), departed Adelaide to take part in the SEG’s expedition to the Southern Yorke Peninsula, including Dhilba Guuranda‑Innes National Park.

In the afternoon, at EOS by SkyCity, the Governor addressed the guests and participated in the presentation of the 2025 StudyAdelaide International Student Awards. The Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of StudyAdelaide.

In the evening, at Norwood Oval, the Governor attended the AFLW Port Adelaide vs Adelaide Crows match.
