On Friday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Her Excellency Dr Julie Sunday, High Commissioner for Canada in Australia, followed by a breakfast.

Afterwards, at the National War Memorial, the Governor and Mr Bunten laid a wreath at the Korean War Commemorative Service, hosted by The Returned and Services League of Australia – SA Branch (RSL SA). The Governor is patron of RSL SA.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor hosted a reception to welcome national finalists and volunteers of the Rostrum Voice of Youth Speaking Competition National Final. The Governor is patron of Rostrum SA/NT.
