On Monday morning, in Adelaide, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Ditters Fruit and Nuts retail store in Adelaide Arcade, where they toured the store and were briefed on operations, as part of a series of visits to iconic South Australian businesses.

Afterwards, at the Mortlock Wing, State Library of South Australia, the Governor participated as a guest storyteller in the 2025 Christmas at the Mortlock program.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Mr Matthew Lutton, Artistic Director, and Mr Julian Hobbs, Chief Executive Officer, Adelaide Festival.

Later, the Governor received Commander Rebecca Wilson ADC RAN, Commanding Officer, HMAS Encounter.

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to acknowledge the Year 12 schooling achievements of young people under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive.

In the evening, at Adelaide Oval, the Governor, as patron of the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA), accompanied by Mr Bunten, attended the SACA NRMA Insurance Men’s Ashes Test: Australia v England Dinner.
