On Monday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor hosted a morning tea to mark the appointment by His Majesty The King, on the occasion of his birthday, of Mrs Bronwyn Jolly as a Lieutenant in the Royal Victorian Order, and the award to Mrs Lisa Mills of the Royal Victorian Medal (Silver).
Afterwards, the Governor received The Honourable Joe Szakacs MP, Minister for Trade and Investment, and Mr Tim White, Executive Director, Trade and International, Department of State Development.
In the afternoon, the Governor received Dr Sarvesvaran Janakiraman, Consul-General of India in Sydney.
Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to celebrate Asbestos Diseases Society of South Australia’s 20th Anniversary.
