On Monday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Mr Gareth Williams, Australia’s Consul General Designate to Hong Kong.

Also in the morning, at Glenunga, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Glenunga International High School for a tour of the school and conversation with the students and staff.

Afterwards, at Mt Osmond Golf Club, the Governor addressed the Queen Victoria Auxiliary Division of the Friends of the Women's and Children's Hospital Inc.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor hosted a luncheon for short‑listed candidates and the Selection Committee, of which she is Chair, for the South Australian Rhodes Scholarship.

Also in the afternoon, at Para Hills West Primary School, Mr Bunten attended the presentation of the Minister for Education Awards offered by the Children's Week Association of South Australia as part of Children’s Week celebrations. The Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of the Association.

Later, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to welcome delegates from Indonesia attending the Adelaide Film Festival.

Afterwards, the Governor placed a phone call to Mr Greg Ward, Chief Executive Officer of Novita. The Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of Novita.

In the evening, at Palace Nova Eastend Cinemas, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended Adelaide Film Festival 2023 Made in SA Gala and Awards Night.
