On Monday morning, at Mile End South, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Vili’s Family Bakery, where they touted the facility and were briefed on operations, as part of a series of visits to iconic South Australian businesses.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten received members of the Australian Cornish Mining Sites Burra and Moonta Consortium. Attendees were Ms Roslyn Talbot, Her Worship the Mayor, Copper Coast Council; Mr Bill Gebhardt, His Worship the Mayor, The Regional Council of Goyder; Mr Dylan Strong, Chief Executive Officer, Copper Coast Council; Ms Beverley Voigt, Manager, Heritage South Australia, Department for Environment and Water; Ms Barb Button, Director of Community Engagement and Development, The Regional Council of Goyder; Ms Holly Cowan, Community Engagement Coordinator, Copper Coast Council; Mr Duncan Curnow, Manager Growth, Community and Activation, Copper Coast Council; Ms Laura Evans, Regional Operations Manager, National Trust SA; and Mr Paul Leadbeater, Former President and Current Councillor, National Trust SA.

During the day, students from Warradale Primary School toured Government House.
