On Monday morning at Government House, as part of her program of school visits, Her Excellency the Governor held a virtual meeting with students and staff of Marree Aboriginal School.

In the afternoon, the Governor received Dr Samantha Hamilton, Director, South Australia Museum. 

In the evening, the Governor hosted a reception for the presentation of the South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission (SAFECOM) 2026 South Australian Resilient Australia Awards.

Later, at the Art Gallery of South Australia, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a farewell event in their honour hosted by The Art Gallery of South Australia, of which they are joint patrons, with the participation of representatives of the South Australian Museum and the State Library of South Australia.
