On Monday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor spoke by telephone to Mr John Mannion, Chief Executive Officer, Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation.

Afterwards, at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the Police Funeral for the late Brevet Sergeant Jason Christopher Doig.

Later, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten had lunch with staff and students from Indulkana Anangu School, who were touring Government House.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor received Ms Robyn Mudle, First Assistant Secretary Southeast Asia Regional and Mainland Division, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Later, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted an afternoon tea to welcome delegates from Penang Island City Council visiting Adelaide to celebrate 50 years of the Sister‑City relationship between the City of Adelaide and George Town, Malaysia.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor hosted a reception for the presentation of Barkuma’s Employer Awards.

In the evening, at the RAA Building, the Governor addressed the guests at the International Women’s Forum Australia – SA Chapter’s Emerging Women Leaders Program.

During the day, students from Norwood Primary School toured Government House.
