On Sunday morning, in Adelaide, Her Excellency the Governor officiated at the start of the 2026 City-Bay Fun Run and participated in the first 5km section. The Governor is patron of the City-Bay Fun Run Committee. 

Later, at Kent Town, the Governor, as Chief Scout of Scouts Australia – South Australian Branch, addressed the guests and presented awards at the 2026 Scouts SA Annual Award Ceremony.

Afterwards, at Adelaide Oval, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, attended the SANFL League Grand Final Luncheon, presented the match ball to the umpires, and watched the match between Sturt Football Club and Norwood Football Club. The Governor is patron of SANFL.
