On Thursday morning at the South Australian Fire and Emergency Commission, Keswick, Her Excellency the Governor, Mr Bunten and Ms Sophie Bunten attended the inaugural Bushfire Resilience Day Service to mark the 40th Anniversary of the 1983 Ash Wednesday Fires.
In the afternoon, the Governor, as patron of Catherine House, toured the Catherine House facility and met with staff.
In the evening at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of the Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation, hosted a dinner to thank the supporters of the Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation.
