On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor hosted a morning tea with students and directors for Jissen Joshi Gakuen School, Tokyo, Japan.

Later, at Marleston, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Arnott’s Group, where they toured the facility and were briefed on operations, as part of a series of visits to iconic South Australian businesses.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor hosted a reception for Heads of the Environmental Protection Authority.

Later, at the JamFactory, the Governor and Mr Bunten, accompanied by Ms Anne Shepherd and Mr Michael Pitts, attended the exhibition opening of JamFactory ICON 2025 Aunty Ellen Trevorrow: ‘Weaving Through Time’; Robert Wuldi: ‘Weaving the Machine’; and, afterwards, viewed the Josina Pumani and Leshaye Swan exhibition.

Afterwards, at the Arts Theatre, the Governor and Mr Bunten, accompanied by Ms Anne Shepherd and Mr Michael Pitts, attended a performance of Shakespeare in Hollywood, by the Adelaide Repertory Theatre. The Governor is patron of the Adelaide Repertory Theatre.
