On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.
Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor, who is patron of the Royal Zoological Society of South Australia, spoke by telephone to Dr Phil Ainsley, Director, Royal Zoological Society of South Australia.
In the afternoon, at the Adelaide Botanic Garden, Her Excellency, accompanied by Mr Bunten, unveiled a plaque at the International Rose Garden Excellence Award Ceremony. Her Excellency and Mr Bunten are Joint Patrons of the Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide.
In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a welcome reception for attendees of the 11th Appellate Judges’ Conference.
