On Thursday morning, His Excellency Dr Richard Harris SC OAM, as Governor’s Deputy, presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, at Riverbanks College, the Governor’s Deputy addressed the gathering at the Inspiring Australians Student Summit, hosted by the Australia Day Council of South Australia, of which the Governor is patron.
