On Thursday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Professor Martin Westwell, Chief Executive, Department for Education; Ms Anne Dunstan, Chief Executive Officer, The Association of Independent Schools of South Australia (AISSA); and Mr John Foley, Assistant Director, School Quality and Performance, Catholic Education South Australia, followed by a luncheon.

Later, at Government House, the Governor received Mr Richard Maude, Executive Director, Policy at Asia Society, Australia.

Later, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten held a reception to celebrate the winners of the Tourism Industry Council South Australia’s South Australian Tourism Awards.

In the evening, at the Lions Arts Centre, the Governor, as patron of the Helpmann Academy, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the gathering at the 2023 Helpmann Academy Graduate Exhibition VIP Vernissage.
