On Tuesday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received The Honourable Leon Bignell MP, Chair, Major Events Attraction Committee, Ms Frankie Kelly, Director of Sport and Performance and Ms Louise Mackie, Director, Operations, Team England – Commonwealth Games.
Later, at Hindmarsh, Mr Bunten undertook voluntary work at Meals on Wheels.
In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.
Later, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of the Royal Adelaide Golf Club, hosted a reception to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Adelaide Golf Club being granted “Royal” status.
In the evening, at the Prompt Creative Centre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a performance of ‘Jennifer Wong Has No Peripheral Vision’, part of the Adelaide Fringe.
