On Tuesday morning at Adelaide High School, Her Excellency the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed Year 9 Civics and Laws students, Year 11 Politics students and Senior Legal Studies students, and participated in a Q&A session.
In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor received Mr Xavier Simonet, Chief Executive Officer, Australian Trade & Investment Commission; Mr David Reynolds PSM, Chief Executive, Department for Trade and Investment; Dr Brenton Cooper, Chief Executive Officer, Fivecast; Ms Jane Johnston, Chief Executive Officer, StudyAdelaide; Mr Anthony Kittel, Chief Executive Officer, Redarc; Mr Angelo Kotses, President, Bickfords; Mr Sascha Hapke, Head of Defence and Space Australasia, Airbus Australia Pacific; Dr Frances van Ruth, Head of Investment, Europe, UK and Middle East, Australian Trade & Investment Commission; Mr Peter Rowland, Managing Director, Micro-X; Mr Rob Absalom, Account Executive and State Lead, Amazon Web Services; Ms Rachel Triggs, General Manager ESG and Market Access, Wine Australia; and Mr Jim Whalley, Senior Representative, Nova Systems, followed by a luncheon.
In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons, hosted a reception to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Cystic Fibrosis South Australia.
Afterwards the Governor placed a phone call to The Honourable David Ridgway, Agent General for South Australia.
Later the Governor and Mr Bunten received Professor David Lloyd, Vice Chancellor and President, University of South Australia, followed by a dinner.
