On Tuesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten departed Adelaide for an official visit to Swan Reach and the Riverland, where, at Swan Reach, they visited Swan Reach Area School for a conversation with the students, before departing for Moorook. 

In the afternoon, at Moorook, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Nippy’s, where they toured the facility and were briefed on operations as part of a series of visits to iconic South Australian businesses, before departing for Loxton. 

Afterwards, at Loxton, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Loxton High School for a conversation with the students, before departing for Old Calperum. 

At Old Calperum, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Almondco Australia Ltd., another iconic business, where they toured the facility and were briefed on operations. 

In the evening, at the Big River Golf and Country Club, Berri, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner for local mayors. Guests were Ms Ella Winnall, Her Worship the Mayor, Berri Barmera Council; Mr Trevor Norton, His Worship the Mayor, Loxton Waikerie District Council, and Mrs Colleen Norton; and Mr Peter Hunter, His Worship the Mayor, Renmark Paringa Council.
