On Tuesday morning, at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Her Excellency the Governor officially opened the South Australian Council of Social Service ‘Vital Support: A Community Sector Funding and Workforce’ Conference.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received Ms Kate Fielding, CEO, A New Approach.

Later, also at Government House, the Governor received Mr Stephen McDonald and Mr Peter De Craene.

Also in the morning, Mr Bunten undertook voluntary work for Meals on Wheels.

In the afternoon, at the National Wine Centre of Australia, the Governor addressed the attendees and took part in a question-and-answer session at the Committee for Adelaide’s Emerging Leaders Program Lunch Future Series: Session 5 – Vertical Development and Career Design. The Governor is Patron of the Committee for Adelaide.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception to congratulate the South Australian recipients of awards at the 2025 WorldSkills National Championships in Brisbane and to celebrate the state’s securing of hosting rights for the 2026 Championships.

In the evening, at Pridham Hall, University of South Australia, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the gathering at the Leaders Institute of South Australia’s Youth Governor’s Leadership Foundation 2025 Graduation. The Governor is Patron of the Leaders Institute of South Australia.
