On Wednesday morning, as part of their program of school visits, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Urrbrae Agricultural High School where they spoke to students and staff and toured the Urrbrae Wetlands.
Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a luncheon for artists, crew and staff of the 2026 Adelaide Festival.
Later, at SA Police – Mounted Operations Unit & Dog Operations Unit, Gepps Cross, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunte, officially launched the book “Mounted” by Brevet Sergeant Richard Miles.
Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received journalists from the South China Morning Post, The Commercial, Hong Kong Economic Times, Ming Pao, and HK01 visiting Australia under the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s International Media Visits program of.
In the evening, at The Hetzel Room at The Courtyard of Curiosities at the State Library, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a performance of ‘Murder Village: An Improvised Whodunnit’, followed by a performance of ‘Elf Lyons: Swan’, both part of the Adelaide Fringe.
