On Wednesday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received The Honourable Terry Stephens MLC, President of the Legislative Council.
Afterwards, at Pasadena, the Governor and Mr Bunten visited Springbank Secondary College, where they toured the school and took questions from the students.
Later, at the Naval, Military and Air Force Club, Mr Bunten addressed the guests at the Royal Over-Seas League SA Inc ‘Welcome to 2024’ Lunch, of which the Governor is Patron.
In the afternoon, at FIVEaa Studios, the Governor was interviewed by FIVEaa Afternoons presenter Stacey Lee.
Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received Mr Adam Liaw, Chef, and Ms Lauren Hillmar, General Manager, Channel 44 Adelaide, followed by luncheon.
Later, at Government House, the Governor received Dr David Panter, Chair, and Dr Rebecca Tooher, Acting Chief Executive Officer, South Australian Council of Social Service.
Afterwards, at Glandore, the Governor was interviewed by Ms Kerrie Akkermans, CEO, Community Centres SA, for a Community Centres SA podcast.
In the evening, in the grounds of Government House, the Governor, as patron of the Leader’s Institute of South Australia, and Mr Bunten, addressed the guests at the Leader’s Institute 25th Anniversary Event.
Afterwards, at Glenelg, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the opening night of ‘Baleen Moondjan’, as part of Adelaide Festival.
