On Wednesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, visited Ardrossan Area School, where she addressed and took questions from the students.

Afterwards, at Ardrossan Memorial Hall, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the gathering and cut the cake at the South Australian Country Women’s Association Ardrossan Branch’s 77th birthday luncheon.

In the afternoon, at the Old Schoolhouse Hahndorf, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, unveiled a sculpture of Hans Heysen executed by Robert Hannaford and cast by Tim Thomson.

During the day, members of the Zest for Life Program, City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, and students from St Andrew's School, toured Government House.
