On Friday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten received Dr Sheikh Helmi Bakhour, Islamic Charity Projects Association, and Ms Renee Taylor.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor received Mr Peter Verghese AO, Chancellor of the University of Queensland.

In the evening, at Carrick Hill, the Governor attended the farewell for Ms Susan McCormack, Director, Carrick Hill.

Afterwards, at Bonython Hall, Adelaide University, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the farewell of Professor Peter Høj AC, Vice-Chancellor and President, University of Adelaide.
