On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, at New Port, the Governor visited Portside Christian College, where she spoke with students and staff.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner for retiring Members of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly. Guests were The Honourable Andrea Michaels MP, Minister for Small and Family Business, Consumer and Business Affairs, and Arts, and Member for Enfield, and Mr Joshua Michaels; The Honourable Terry Stephens MLC, President of the Legislative Council, and, Mrs Donna Stephens; The Honourable Leon Bignell MP, Speaker of the House of Assembly, Member for Mawson, and Ms Karen Raffen; The Honourable Dr Susan Close MP, Member for Port Adelaide, and Mr Declan Andrews; The Honourable John Gardner MP, Member for Morialta, and Ms Trudi-Ann Mercurio; The Honourable Stephen Mullighan MP, Member for Lee, and Mrs Antonia Mullighan; Mr Lee Odenwalder MP, Government Whip, Member for Elizabeth, and Ms Ann Colbert; Ms Dana Wortley MP, Member for Torrens, and The Honourable Russell Wortley MLC.
