On Friday morning, at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Her Excellency the Governor attended the inaugural Cancer Council SA Impact Breakfast.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception for the presentation of new Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellows, and of medallions to returned Fellows. The Governor is patron of the Trust.

In the evening, at the National Wine Centre of Australia, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the guests and presented awards at the Australian of the Year Awards Presentation Evening for South Australia, hosted by the Australia Day Council of South Australia, of which the Governor is patron.

Afterwards, the Adelaide Convention Centre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended Food South Australia’s 2025 South Australian Premier’s Food and Beverage Industry Awards Gala Dinner.
