On Friday morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received Mr Brett Hackett, Australian Ambassador to Argentina.

In the afternoon, the Governor received the Judging Panel of the Governor’s Multicultural Awards, followed by a luncheon. Guests included His Honour Judge Rauf Soulio, Chair of the Judging Panel, Ms Adriana Christopoulos, Chair, South Australian Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission, The Honourable John Sulan QC, Ms Karen Ashford, Ms Justine Kennedy and Ms Helena Kyriazopoulos.

Later, the Governor received Mr Paul Dickson APM, President, Ms Jan Turbill, Chief Commissioner, and Ms Rebecca Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, Scouts Australia - South Australian Branch. Afterwards the Governor was invested as Chief Scout of South Australia.

In the evening at Adelaide Oval, the Governor presented an award at the 2021 South Australian Sport Hall of Fame event hosted by the South Australian Sports Federation, of which the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons.
