On Friday morning, at Victoria Park, Her Excellency the Governor participated in the 2024 Walk a Mile in My Boots program organised by the Hutt Street Centre, of which the Governor is patron.

Her Excellency the Governor has appointed The Honourable Chief Justice Chris Kourakis to be Governor's Deputy from 4:15pm on Friday, 8 August 2025 until 5:30pm on Sunday, 10 August 2025.
