On Monday, at Morphettville Racecourse, Her Excellency the Governor, as patron of the South Australian Jockey Club, accompanied by Mr Bunten, attended the running of the 2024 Adelaide Cup and presented the Adelaide Cup to the winning connections.

In the evening, at the Adelaide College of the Arts, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a performance of ‘Black is the Colour of My Voice’, part of the Adelaide Fringe.
