On Monday morning, Her Excellency the Governor addressed a business breakfast convened by AustCham Hong Kong, including participation by local Australian Wine Ambassadors.

Afterwards, at the Australian Consulate-General, the Governor witnessed the signing of an MOU between the State Opera of South Australia, represented by the Artistic Director, Mr Mark Taylor, and Opera Hong Kong, represented by Dr Warren Mok, Artistic Director. The Governor and Mr Bunten are Joint Patrons of the State Opera of South Australia.

Later, the Governor was interviewed by journalists from The Standard and Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Economic Journal.

Afterwards, the Governor addressed the staff of the Australian Consulate General.

In the afternoon, the Governor attended a roundtable hosted by the Consul-General with key investors.

Afterwards, the Governor addressed the guests at a StudyAdelaide Agent Appreciation event. The Governor is patron of StudyAdelaide.

Later, at Cathay City, the Governor met senior executives of Cathay Pacific, before departing Hong Kong for Beijing.
