On Tuesday morning, in Beijing, Her Excellency the Governor was briefed by His Excellency Mr Scott Dewar, Australia’s Ambassador to China, and Embassy staff.

Afterwards, at the Ministry of Education, the Governor held a meeting with Vice-Minister Professor Du Jiangfeng.

In the afternoon, the Governor addressed the guests at a luncheon for Adelaide University International Pathways Providers.

Afterwards, at the China Oil and Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO), the Governor met Mr Li Guofeng, Party Secretary and Chairman.

Later again, the Governor took part in an Investor Roundtable on Decarbonisation and Industrial Supply Chain Resilience.

In the evening, at the Australian Embassy, the Governor met representatives of the Haileybury SACEi School led by Mr Andrew McAree, Executive Principal.

Afterwards, the Governor addressed the guests at a reception hosted in her honour by the Ambassador at his Residence.
