On Monday morning, in Bengaluru, Her Excellency the Governor met Ms Hilary McGeachy, Australian Consul-General, who then accompanied her throughout the day.

Afterwards, at Sinclairs High School, where she was received by the Director, Jonathan Paul, the Governor addressed and spoke with staff and students.

Afterwards, the Governor visited Someshwara Temple.

Afterwards, the Governor addressed the guests at a StudyAdelaide Agent Training Session. The Governor is patron of StudyAdelaide.

Later, the Governor met The Honourable Dr Thawar Chand Gehlot, Governor of Karnataka.

In the afternoon, the Governor addressed the guests at a lunch reception held in conjunction with the Bangalore Wine CLub to promote South Australian Wine.

Afterwards, at Christ University, the Governor, met Dr Fr Jose C C, Vice Chancellor; and Dr N. Manoharan, Professor and Director, Centre for East Asian Studies, Department of International Studies, Christ University, and, afterwards, addressed and spoke with the students.

Later, the Governor addressed the guests at an afternoon tea for Women in Leadership, hosted by the Consul-General, before departing Bengaluru for Delhi.
