On Tuesday morning, at the High Commissioner’s Residence, Delhi, Her Excellency the Governor met His Excellency Phillip Green OAM, Australian High Commissioner to India, who then accompanied her throughout her program.

Afterwards, at the Dr Ambedkar International Centre, with South Australian Water Ambassador the Hon Karlene Maywald in attendance, the Governor delivered a keynote address to the Indo-Global Irrigation Summit 2025, and, later, met Ms Debashree Mukherjee, Secretary, Ministry of Water, and, later again, Dr Mr VK Madhavan, Chief Executive, WaterAid India.

Afterwards, the Governor met His Excellency Shri Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs.

Later the Governor met Mr Ranjeet Goswami, Global Head of Corporate Affair, Tata Consultancy Services.

In the afternoon, the Governor met Mr Takeshi Ueda, Director, Asian Development Bank and ADB specialists.

Later, the Governor was interviewed by the Economic Times of India.

Afterwards, the Governor met His Excellency Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister for Commerce and Industry, and later, His Excellency Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister for Education.

In the evening, at the High Commissioner’s Residence, the Governor attended a dinner with leading Indian foreign policy thinkers.

On Tuesday evening, at Government House, Adelaide, His Excellency the Governor’s Deputy hosted a reception for Occupational Therapy Australia.
