On Sunday, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten opened Government House and its grounds for an Open Day, in conjunction with the 2025 SA History Festival.

Afterwards, at Prospect Oval, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) match between North Adelaide Football Club and Sturt Football Club. The Governor is patron of the SANFL.

In the evening, at Ayers House, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended a performance of ‘An Audience with Don Dunstan’.
