On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, as part of their program of school visits, the Governor and Mr Bunten held a virtual meeting with students and staff of Seaview Christian College.

Later, the Governor received His Excellency Mr Nicola Lener, Ambassador of Italy to Australia; and Mr Ernesto Pianelli, Italian Consul in South Australia.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a music evening to recognise supporters of Government House. The Governor is patron of Adelaide Youth Orchestras and Recitals Australia and  the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of State Opera of South Australia, Elder Conservatorium Circle, The Friends of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, and the Friends of the State Opera of South Australia.

Afterwards, at the Adelaide Repertory Theatre, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the opening night performance of ‘The Sunshine Boys’. The Governor is patron of the Adelaide Repertory Theatre.

During the day, students from Ardtornish Primary School toured Government House.
