On Wednesday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor received The Honourable Reggie Martin MLC, President of the Legislative Council.

Afterwards, the Governor received The Honourable Nat Cook MP, Speaker of the House of Assembly.

Later, Mr Bunten, joined by the Governor, hosted a morning tea to thank Government House Tour Guides. Guests were Ms Liz Cufone, Mr Doug Friend, Mrs Margaret Ford OAM, Mr Mark Jeffrey, Ms Wendie Loechel, Mrs Sandra McKessar, Mrs Leonie Ryntjes, Mr Tim Scammell, Ms Helen Whelan, and Mrs Suzanne Young. 

In the afternoon, the Governor received Ms Emma Fey, Deputy Director, Art Gallery of South Australia. The Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of the Art Gallery of South Australia. 

Later, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted the second of two receptions for Secondary School Student Representatives. 

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner to honour the service of Associate Professor Keith Crellin OAM to Adelaide Youth Orchestras, of which the Governor is patron. Guests were Associate Professor Keith Crellin OAM and Ms Ruth Saffir; Ms Belinda Porter; Ms Catherine Baldwin AM; Ms Rosie Burn; Mr Lloyd Van’t Hoff; Mr Nic Jeffries; Ms Helen Carrig; Ms Sarah Barrett; Mr Lachlan Bramble; Mr Martin Butler OAM; and Mr Nicholas Braithwaite.
