On Thursday morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the morning, and again in the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted investiture ceremonies for Australian Honours.

In the afternoon, the Governor received the Honourable Terry Stephens MLC, President of the Legislative Council.

In the evening, at Her Majesty’s Theatre, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of the State Opera of South Australia, attended a performance of ‘Macbeth’.
