On Thursday morning, at the ABC Studio, Collinswood, Her Excellency the Governor was interviewed by Ms Sonya Feldhoff and Mr Jules Schiller for ABC Adelaide Breakfast.

Afterwards, the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later, at Government House, the Governor received Professor Brendon Kearney, Site Clinical Director, Haematology, Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Afterwards, at the Allan Scott Auditorium, Adelaide University, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the State Memorial Service for the Honourable Nick Bolkus.

To mark the ​​National Day of Mourning for the victims of the Bondi Beach terrorist attack​, in the afternoon, at the Red Cross Lifeblood Adelaide Donor Centre, the Governor, who is patron of Australian Red Cross South Australia, as a mitzvah, donated plasma, and, in in the evening, at St Peter’s Cathedral, together with Mr Bunten, attended a service of Evening Prayer.
