On Thursday morning, Her Excellency the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor received Mr Tanishvel Manivel.

Later, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a morning tea for past and current recipients of the Leaders Institute of South Australia and the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment’s Pastor Sir Doug Nicholls and Lady Gladys Nicholls Scholarships. The Governor is patron of the Leaders Institute of South Australia.

Afterwards, the Governor was interviewed by phone by Mr Michael Hunt, Mr Richard Halliday and Ms Sardia Kakoschke of Connect FM.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Ms Jennifer Jones, Dr Lynn Martin and Ms Clara Stockigt, followed by a luncheon.

Afterwards, the Governor received Mr Rick Persse AM, Chief Executive Officer, Department of the Premier and Cabinet.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted the second of two receptions for representatives of organisations of which they are patrons or honorary members.

Later, at Parliament House, the Governor and Mr Bunten, were guests of honour at the President of the Legislative Council's Annual Dinner.
