On Thursday morning, His Excellency The Honourable Chief Justice Chris Kourakis AC, as Governor’s Deputy, presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner in honour of The Honourable Chief Justice Chris Kourakis AC. Guests were Ms Eleni Atsikbasis; Ms Irini Germanos-Kourakis, and Mr George Zammit; Ms Chloe Germanos-Kourakis, and Mr Vania Magarian; Mrs Dianne Mifsud, Executive Officer to the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of South Australia, and Mr Fred Mifsud; Ms Lucy Roberts, and Mr Dylan McCarthy; Mr Con Kourakis; and Ms Olympia Kourakis.

The grounds of Government House will be open to the public on Friday, 6 February (tomorrow) from noon until 2pm as part of the Lunch on the Lawns program, including a garden tour conducted by The Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide, of which the Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons, and music provided by the City of Adelaide Concert Band.
