On Thursday morning, at Government House, the Governor received Mr Richard Forbes, Chairman, Port Willunga Heritage Sub-Committee.

Later, on the Eastern Lawns of Government House, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the gathering at the Guide Dogs Association of SA and NT’s 2024 World Sight Day Morning Tea. The Governor is patron of the Association.

In the afternoon, at Adelaide Oval, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, addressed the gathering at Carer and Community SA’s Young Carers Voices and Hearts Luncheon. The Governor and Mr Bunten are joint patrons of Carer and Community SA.

Later, at the Playford Hotel, the Governor officially opened the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries Biennial Conference.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a reception for Solstice Media’s 40 Under 40 Finalists.
