On Wednesday morning, as part of her program of school visits, Her Excellency the Governor visited Yankalilla Area School, Victor Harbor High School, and Goolwa Secondary School for a conversation with the students. 

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor hosted a reception for the Lions Assistance Dogs. Mr Bunten is patron of the Lions Assistance Dogs. 

In the evening, the Governor hosted a dinner for Official Secretaries. Guests were Mr Hugh Borrowman LVO, Official Secretary, Government House, Adelaide; Mr Gerard Martin PSM, Official Secretary, Government House, Canberra; Colonel Michael Miller LVO RFD, Official Secretary, Government House, New South Wales; Mr Scott Allen, Acting Official Secretary, Government House, Queensland; Mr Eugene Ashe, Official Secretary, Government House, Western Australia; Mr Jonathan Burke, Official Secretary, Government House, Victoria; Mr David Hughes CSC, Official Secretary, Government House, Tasmania; and Mr Craig Kitchen MVO, Official Secretary, Government House, Northern Territory.

During the day, students from King’s Baptist Grammar School toured Government House.
