On Wednesday morning, at Craigmore, Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of Lighthouse Disability, officially reopened the Lighthouse Disability Supported Living Facility.

Afterwards, at Government House, the Governor and Mr Bunten, as joint patrons of COTA SA, hosted a luncheon for COTA SA stakeholders. Guests were Professor Anne Edwards AO, President, Ms Miranda Starke, Chief Executive, and Ms Anne Burgess AM, Deputy President, COTA SA; Ms Victoria MacKirdy, Chief Executive Officer, City of Victor Harbor; Ms Claire Scapinello, Chief Executive, ECH; Ms Sara Blunt, Chief Executive Officer, Kalyra Communities; Mr Darren Birbeck, Chief Executive Officer, Resthaven Inc; Professor Alison Kitson, Vice President and Executive Dean, College of Nursing and Health Services Flinders University; Adjunct Associate Professor Kirsty Delguste, Executive Director, Office for Ageing Well, Department for Health and Wellbeing; Mr Andrew Reed, General Manager, Hender Consulting; Mr Peter Rutter, General Manager, Community Development, Beyond Bank; and Ms Melissa Librandi, Managing Director, Newscorp South Australia.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor, as patron of Recitals Australia, and Mr Bunten, hosted a reception for Recitals Australia, which included a performance by musicians Ms Gemma Vice, Ms Joyce Kwok, Ms Katelyn Crawford, Mr Haowei Yang, and Mr Esmond Choi.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor, who is patron of the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia, and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner for Mr Andrew Hardy, President, Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia, and Mrs Georgina Hardy; and Mr Con Moshos, Winemaker, and Mrs Nicky Moshos.

During the day, students from The Heights School toured Government House.
