On Tuesday morning, at The Lights Community and Sports Centre, Lightsview, Her Excellency the Governor, accompanied by Mr Bunten, officially launched the Estara Community Wheelchair Sports SA Program at the Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week Recreation and Wellbeing Conference.
Afterwards, at Government House, as part of her program of school visits, the Governor held a virtual meeting with students and staff of Miltaburra Area School.
Also in the morning, Mr Bunten undertook voluntary work with Meals on Wheels.
In the afternoon, the Governor hosted a luncheon for leaders, advocates, and representatives working to advance Reconciliation across South Australia.
Later, at Grainger Studio, the Governor and Mr Bunten attended the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra (ASO) rehearsal of ‘Sibelius: The Symphonies – Concert Two’.
In the evening, at Government House, the Governor hosted a reception for the 2026 SA Women of Impact Awards.
Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted a dinner to thank the Governor’s Deputies. Guests were Dr Richard (Harry) Harris SC OAM, Lieutenant Governor of South Australia, and Mrs Fiona Harris; The Honourable Chief Justice Laura Stein, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of South Australia, and Mr Garren Harrell; and The Honourable Justice Mark Livesey, Justice of the Supreme Court of South Australia, and Mrs Catey Livesey.
