On Wednesday morning, Her Excellency the Governor received The Honourable Emily Bourke MLC, Minister for Climate, Environment and Water Minister for Tourism.

Afterwards, the Governor hosted a morning tea for Neurofibromatosis Awareness Month.

In the afternoon, the Governor received His Excellency Mr Kazuhiro Suzuki, Ambassador of Japan to Australia; Mr Tokuro Furuya, Consul-General, Consulate-General of Japan in Melbourne; and Mr Masayuki Kameda, Political Counsellor, Embassy of Japan, followed by a luncheon.

Later, the Governor and Mr Bunten hosted an afternoon tea to thank the volunteers of Technology for Ageing and Disability.

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Mr Dale McPeake and Mr James McFarlane, Owners, the Sassy Emu Tearoom and Collectables.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Bunten received Mr Sam Tucker and Mrs Cindy Tucker, Tuckers Natural, followed by a dinner.
